Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Nick Heys is a technology entrepreneur with more than 20 years experience in direct marketing. Nick established the company in 1999 with a vision to create a revolutionary technology platform for marketers to leverage the power of email marketing. Today, Emailvision operates in more than 19 countries and delivers five billion messages every month on behalf of more than 4,000 clients worldwide. Under his direction, Emailvision has grown from a fledgling start-up to a global market leader in email, mobile, and social marketing. Nick holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the MBA Institute in Paris, France. He travels extensively and speaks fluent English and French; and conversational Spanish and German.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Guy is a technology entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience leading organizations through rapid transformation; from start-up to market leader. From 1978 – 1995, Guy held several senior leadership positions at Computer Associates during their rapid ascent to market leadership in the enterprise software market. Guy established CA’s first office in France. He also served as Vice President of Computer Associates Europe. In 1995, Guy joined Transiciel SA, one of France's fastest-growing IT consulting groups, as Vice President. He remained in this position until their IPO in 1998. In 1997, Guy joined the board of ITS SEEVIA Group, a leading computer services and software company. In 2004, Guy joined Emailvision to help lead the company’s operations through significant growth. Since 2004, Emailvision has experienced over 40% growth each year. Guy received a Master in Science degree from INRACI in Belgium. He speaks fluent French, English, and Flemish. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Conscio, Mix-Commerce, and ITS Group SA.

Neil Garfinkel is a Founding Partner of Francisco Partners, a leading global private equity firm. Based in San Francisco, Neil focuses primarily on investments in the software and services sectors. In addition to his board position at Emailvision, Neil serves on the boards of directors of Dextrys, FrontRange Solutions, Masternaut, Mincom, NexTraq, Quadramed, Specific Media and WebTrends. He is a former director of AKQA (General Atlantic), Ex Libris (Leeds), Lynx Medical Systems (Picis), Office Tiger (RR Donnelley), Xcellenet (Sybase), IMPAC Medical Systems (Elekta), Card Capture Services (eTrade), and HMT Technology (Komag). Prior to founding Francisco Partners in 1999, Neil was a Managing Director of Friedman Fleischer & Lowe, a leading San Francisco private equity firm. Earlier in his career, he was a Vice President with Summit Partners. Neil started his career as an attorney with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati in Palo Alto and with Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York. He has a J.D. from Columbia Law School where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and an A.B. from Harvard College.

Deep Shah is a Partner with Francisco Partners, a leading global private equity firm. Based in London, Deep is responsible for Francisco Partner’s European activities. In addition to his board position at Emailvision, Deep serves on the boards of directors of C-MAC MicroTechnology, Dextrys, eFront, Masternaut, MetaSwitch and NexTraq, and previously served on the boards of Attenti and Ex Libris. Earlier in his career, Deep worked at Morgan Stanley in both their Mergers and Acquisitions group and the Princes Gate Investors private equity fund in London, where he was responsible for the identification, evaluation and execution of transactions across a variety of industries. Deep received a M.A. in Economics from the University of Cambridge in England with First Class Honours.

André Boisvert has been in the technology field for over 30 years with significant expertise in Business Intelligence and Customer Analytics. André started his career with IBM in 1976 and over the next 13 years he held senior management positions in sales, marketing and R&D. Following IBM, André took leadership positions in some of the world’s most respected software companies including Cognos, Oracle and SAS Institute Inc. At Oracle, he was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing and a member of Oracle's Management committee. In 2000, André was named the President and Chief Operating Officer at SAS Institute Inc., the world's largest privately held software company. In addition to his board position at Emailvision, André is Chairman of the Board at Palamida Corporation, Board Vice-Chairman and Senior Advisor at River Logic Inc., and a Director at Clario Analytics Inc. and Webtrends Corporation.

Michael T. Everett has more than 30 years of leadership experience in financial and general management roles with technology companies that range from pre-revenue start-ups to Fortune 500s. Michael started his career as a partner at Heller, Ehrman, White & McAuliffe in Palo Alto, Hong Kong and San Francisco. In 1987, Michael joined Raychem where he served in several senior leadership positions including Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of Asia. Since 1997, he has served as Chief Financial Officer at Netro Corporation, VMware, Inc., Bivio Networks, and WebEx Communications. Most recently Michael was the Vice President of Finance at Cisco Systems, Inc. In 2007, he was named CFO of the Year by the San Francisco Business Times. In addition to his board position at Emailvision, Michael currently serves on the Board of Advisors at Zuora Inc. and as a Director at Calix Inc. Michael holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and B.A. from Dartmouth College.
